A download is simply a transfer of files from our website. 

If you didn't specify a location for the file to be stored, it was probably put in a common downloads folder.

Our files are delivered in a ZIP folder. Once the download is finished, double-click to extract the files to a folder before trying to open them with your app. Your app won't be able to read the file without extracting from the ZIP folder.

No. We do not sell any physical products. We only sell digital products. You will only receive the digital item after the purchase.

Yes, all the designs can be resized. But please keep in mind,  if you use a cnc-machine, and make the design small. There should be space for the cutting tool to go in between the lines. If you use a laser cutter, some small details, may be burned off, if it gets to small.

You will receive a zip file, with the designs as DXF, SVG, PDF, AI

You can download the design you purchased from your account. Please log in to your account. Contact support if any problems.
